The description did say there was natural wear and tear but did not indicate nor show the deep dent on the samovar.

The samovar was sent in the exact same condition as originally listed for eBay. We have over 20 pics taken during packing w/high megapixel camera from all sides & clearly show there is no "deep dent" of any sort on the item. All pics have date stamps in the file. Everything we sell is carefully wrapped w/bubble wrap & bubble insulation. Our shipments are marked fragile, w/signature on receipt as proof of your acceptance of package condition. We stand by our description & there are no dents.
