Order arrived much faster than expected, great communication.
It is refurbished so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but the display screen is malfunctioning and glitching. After not touching the device for a minute, it returned back to normal display but anytime I touch the battery from any spot it will glitch like that. Don’t know how I feel about that.

Fast shipping, Item as described. Living in Florida during hurricane season you need back up power. The addition of this battery to the Delta Max generator will give me enough quite power to run a portable a/c unit and a fridge plus 2 freezers all night. Gas generator and solar panels charge it back up during the day.
Hopefully it will just sit in the box.

As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
