Unfortunately, the part delivered was very slightly incorrect for my vehicle. No fault of the seller at all as the VIN checks out. However, my 190E has a slightly different fixing and thus I couldn’t use this.
The seller was happy to refund based on this (with evidence provided) as it was not beneficial to either party to return the item. Appreciate the swift resolution.
