I am told I sound a little distorted from time to time but even the poly 5200 does the same thing. The bluetooth sticks out a little more than the poly but, all and all it's been doing it's job. Last almost the entire day without charging again like the 5200. Good using it so far. Can't beat the price!

The earpiece was good however the design does not have a rubberized piece ( it's hard plastic) that goes in the ear so it doesn't quite go all the way in the ear at times was falling out (at least for me). And I didn't think it was that loud. I felt like I was struggling to hear.
