My experience with this seller was not good at all. I purchased the DVD player for my daughter as a Xmas gift. On Xmas day we opened it, and realized several pieces were missing. I contacted the seller right away and their reply was that they'd have the missing pieces shipped via FedEx right away. Xmas was the 25th and I just received the missing pieces yesterday 1/5/2022. Not only that, not once did the seller offer any accommodations to me. I had to give them a lesson on good customer service.
