Great product. Small and Powerful
Turbopower is awesome. My Motorola phone came with a clunkier version that lost its Turbo function after about 4 years but still functions as a regular charger. Turbo works at 4-5 times as fast as regular. I would suggest that you check with your device manufacturer before using this. I don't believe that Apple products can handle it. Having said that, I have tested on a really old Samsung phone with 3rd party battery and a rechargeable add-on battery with success on both. Overall, a very worthwhile purchase if it works for you.Turbopower is awesome. You don't get what is in the picture
A Type C cable will not plug into this charger. It does not come with a Type C by Type C cable and what is pictured is not what is shipped. The charger is typical USB-A and a USB-A by USB-C is included.

turbo power charger for several newer motorola phones
Motorola made the apparently wise choice of using the same charger base with different cables for their newer phones, the charger has a usb A female socket that would take one of the several cable styles currently micro usb or usb c. I didn't notice that this one came with a micro usb cable but I had a C cable with usb A male and it works just fine. These newer chargers use higher voltage and amperage to charge the gadget faster. This charger offers 5v at 3A, 9v at 1.6A or 12v @ 1.2A. FCC told cell companies years ago to standardize chargers and I suppose at some point they may wade in again. Everything is 5v on usb bus but the new usb 3 bus can offer greater voltages than the earlier 1 or 2 can. In short any usb charger with the right plug should charge your phone but anything ... In short any usb charger with the right plug should charge your phone but anything capable of using the higher voltages will specifically need the oem charger made by the phone maker, after market chargers may not be able to access the higher voltage capabilities or your phone won't use it even if they can. I was very happy to see the socket for the cable instead of the cable being hard wired it allows you to change out for a longer cable if you need to. At home my plugs are not really conveniently located so I have a ten foot cable plugged into the charger for my phone, it works fine, at work my outlets are on the edge of my desk so only a short cable needed. This was a good price for this charger, there is an earlier version of this charger the update is supposed to be a big improvement so be sure you're getting this one and not the older version which is visually different in appearance.
