Very solid and well made knife, nice leather sheath. It hasn’t needed to be sharpened yet, but I love the heft and capability of this knife. A very substantial knife for the money. No sense spending more on a fixed blade if you are looking for functionality and versatility in my opinion.

Everything I expected it to be. Feels great in hand. Leather Sheah ok, but having hard time closing snap, would like it if was razor sharp. Sharpness can be fixed not a problem. Over all would buy it again.

It holds an edge for a while. The handle is non-slip Kraton. Performs just as well as the leather-handled version. Outstanding quality for the price, hard to beat. I recommend Kabar knives to anyone who wants a quality blade at a price that won't break the bank.
