    Not really worth it

    Its okay as a wedge but the pillow on it is very hard and there are no instructions on how to use it. Thats not smart in my opinion. The velcro strips are not in the right place and are very weak and dont hold at all

It supports my back and head, without putting a lot of strain on my neck and back. This pillow is better than the pillows, you buy in store will the arms.
