Great buy on a refurbished unit. Mild wear to the casing, but overall great condition and clean. All parts were in new condition and even the display protective coverings were still there to peel away.
The customer service is really good. I received my unit two days before the 20% Presidents’ Day sale went live and EcoFlow worked with to honor the discounted pricing via a credit to my account.
I’m a new EcoFlow customer with 8 EcoFlow solar panels, one Delta 2 w/battery and two River Pros.

Ok, so the box was new, accesories new, and the clear plastic protector over the screen was new (added) on this refurb BUT the unit itself did *NOT* look like new. The plastic housing had large scratches, and some left over glue from perhaps a sticker. I cleaned it up and it still looks fine (black hides many things). Most importantly, though, was that I tested for 720kWh capacity and indeed the battery passed. I'm happy with this purchase!

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
