Unit was dirty, scratched up. Dirt in the cracks of unit. Wires were just thrown in box. User guide was all folded up.I expected better for such an expensive refurb unit. I suspect that there was no "refurb" process other than throwing it back in the box.

Refurb model was in excellent condition. Everything worked and seems to be made with great quality. My favorite feature is that it shows you the Wattage input and output, so you know how much is being used to charge the battery and how much Wattage appliances are drawing from it. It also estimates charge times and remaining battery times. The weight isn't bad at all - definitely lighter than a car battery. I used it with an Ecoflow solar panel and was happy with the results on that as well. Manual says you can run devices while it's charging, which is also a plus.

False advertisement or just bad quality?
On the eBay item descrition page, it said support Microwave, coffe maker or mini fridge, yet on the user manual, it asks you not to use the product to supply power to non of thoese appliances. Factory defect? Or simply bad design? After about 25 minute of usage, this unit stop working. A flashing warning sign saying "overload" appears on the display. Press turn on, the unit will turn off itself after about 10 seconds. It has been 2 hour since the warning sign first appeared.

Great Product for Backup Power
This battery generator is freaking awesome. I was able to even cook on my pellet grill with it without any problems and only used 2% of the capacity. Certainly recommend to anyone looking for a heavy duty backup without breaking the bank.

Great power station!
This is a great quality power station! It is well built and the use is very simple and intuitive. Also using the same mobile application to manage my DELTA PRO and the RIVER PRO is a huge win as my entire power information is in a single interface with all associated controls!

Everything I expected
So far this is exactly what I need. A little glitch in that they sent me an AC chord that had round instead of blade plugs (foreign model?) but since it uses a regular AC cord instead of a brick, I had plenty of these standard AC cords to use instead. Works with my solar panel and has plenty of capacity for my needs. Can't beat the price of the refurbished product. If it lasts, a great purchase.
