    I received the equipment on October 25, and tried to return it to sellers on October 30, and the seller closed the account and has blocked my efforts to get a refund.

    Test equipment is sold with no returns. It is thoroughly tested before it leaves our facility, and also stated in the listing, multiple times that we wil not allow returns. My suggestion is "renting the equipment" from somewhere, and not purchasing it with the pre-concieved intent to return it. Ebay, is not an equipment rental service.
