The chair climbed up and down our threshold and concrete steps great with my 165# husband on board. Rolled well on concrete and pavement, but wheels are too small for crossing our lawn. Instead of using the wheels, I had to use the rubber tracks in order to cross the grass from the sidewalk to the pavement. Overall, I'm thrilled that I can get my husband outside without needing to install ramps.The chair was well packaged, and arrived in good shape.

Great for getting person down stairs and up again. Little tricky though when going down. When the tracks first go on the 2nd step watch it will go down with with force which might throw the person forward and possibly out if not belted in good. Just be careful here. Otherwise its a fine design and does the trick of going down stairs. I recommende that two people handle the machine for safety. Great price also
