The original rug was discovered by the seller to have been damaged during storage in warehouse after I purchased it. He took care of the problem by offering an alternate rug of my choice. Since he didn’t have another I liked for my space in that size, he let me have a larger one that worked at the same price. It is a beautiful rug and in excellent condition. He has quality pieces, honest old fashioned ethics, and is very gentlemanly in his efforts to satisfy the customer. Would HIGHLY recommend!
