Clock arrived not working properly as was described. We had to take it to a clock shop to be adjusted. The seller refused to refund a portion of the price to cover the repair. Very poor customer service with this seller.

Buyer told me that chime was off and tried to shake me down for open-ended repairs and extorted me with negative feedback. I apologized and explained that they could return the item at no cost to them for a full refund and they threw a fit. Constant messages while they clutched their pearls. Reported them to eBay for extorting me with negative feedback. They opened a return, I accepted, and they never shipped it back. Return closed in my favor and negative feedback remains. Thanks, I guess?
