Unfortunately, one part broke due to the fragility of an antique clock being dropped during shipment. I contacted @louisvendredi to discuss a way for minor compensation. He responded immediately, and we came to terms quickly. Honest seller, very understanding and cooperative. I rate five stars for the experience from beginning to end.
