    Hi Everyone! I bought this product years ago to do a cleanse back when I was under130 pounds and it worked like a charm. Years following I tried it again unfortunately, I was not able to keep the oil down and could not figure out how to. A friend advised me to keep taking the CKLS however, that didn't work. I purchased it again for the third time but no! the oil once again kept coming up. So I purchased Ginger root powder and mixed it with equal parts of the CKLS and that worked for me.
