    Great guide to bowel cleasing, detoxing, healthy living

    This was an excellent book. This book was recommended to me by a practitioner who performed a colonics for me and my mother. I bought this book to learn more about detoxing my body and how to develop and maintain a healthy bowel. This book was great! It was very easy reading, written in everyday language so I totally understood everything that was said. And it kept my interest all the way through. One of the great things about this book was the absolutely graphic pictures of what comes out of the bowel and of people with certain skin diseases (and other diseases) and how they cleared as they were detoxing. Gives you a good visual of what can happen if you take care of your bowel. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to live a healthy energetic life. It's also been ...
