Item was shipped to the wrong address in a different state. Seller was prompt and professional in facilitating the shipping of another item from its shipper/supplier. That second item arrived today in a million pieces. It appeared as though it was not packaged well but hard to tell because if how damaged it was. I’ve requested an immediate refund.
