Item was fine, boxes were squashed but it’s just dental floss and all sealed inside so no issue to me. Did arrive a few days late with no communication and tracking with Royal Mail didn’t really show anything. But it did arrive. If it hadn’t come on the day it had I was going to get in touch. But all worked out. And much cheaper than buying it in Boots so worth the wait.
