The shoes arrived on time and well packaged. However on one of the shoes the sole in the front begin to detach from the shoe after wearing the shoes for one day. I contacted the seller and she was quick to respond and asked how we could make it right. I asked for 1/2 the cost back to purchase glue for the sole. The seller sent me half the payment back immediately. I thanked her for her great customer service and understanding. Great customer service and wanted to share my experience.
