Well it took several days, but they replied AFTER I sent a PayPal return request. NO big deal, They replaced the Hardener, after I sent pictures of the can. They did it promptly, and I can now finish the job. I am giving a positive Feedback, because they did take care of the issue. Thank you, Ray...
