    This product has brought me many useful insights into myself and my desease

    My experience with the Overeaters Anonymous twelve steps and twelve traditions has been both difficult and positive. The good thing about it has been that it has shown me many truths about my self.It has made me see that God really loves me but that I have to stop my selfish ways and work the steps in the order in which they were written.It has been hard for me to see that I cannot find happiness by trying to manage things well.Admitting that I am powerless over my addiction was hard.believing that God could restore me to sanity hss also proved to be difficult.I did not think that I was insane in this matter.I thought that other people were the problem. Once I saw that I had been unbalanced in many ways and full of myself I could see that I really needed his help.The problem then was to ...
