Evri was at fault for not delivering anywhere near the 48hr period. The reason for the negative feedback is the fact that the seller made me feel like it was all my fault, I'm nearly 60 years of age with nigh on 1000 feedback at 100%. I'm not stupid and I don't lie. No help with tracking, I approched them after my item arrived with regards to the £5.50 postage charge and that is pretty much the last contact I had from them !
