    Cesar Millan is THE expert in dog psychology! No hype, expensive training aids, or anything that 'goes against the grain'; just a common sense and enlightening, EFFECTIVE approach to understanding and communicating with your canine best friend. Cesar is absolutely GIFTED and it's truly obvious that he does what he does because he truly loves dogs and this is his calling. He's not in it just to make a buck.
