    Excellent.

    This book is excellent for those of you wanting to find more information on Buddhism and it's take in the modern world. The Dalai Lama is a very wise man and he pays equal respect to all world religions, while recognizing that each person should find a religion that fits them best. He lays out Buddhism in a basic and understandable way. However, I will add that some of the language in this book is higher level. Excellent buy!

    This is one of the best books Dalai Lama wrote, everyone should experience his compassion once in your life time. The book is easy to understand for non-Buddhist and teaches you the way to be enlighted by changing a tiny little perspection of your mind. Om Mani Padme Hum
