    Average game, but not worth the trouble to learn.

    I bought this game because I liked the description, but I have to say, it's disappointing in most areas. First off, the graphics are not very good. Your characters look abstract and somewhat grainy. Secondly, learning the different controls for each event is rather difficult. Once, you get them down, you do okay, but it's easy to get frustrated if you can't pick up the process or have trouble understanding it quickly. Third, when you compete in events where you have to run, you cannot focus on tapping the footprints when needed and monitoring your location in the race at the same time. For example, to run quickly, you have to tap the footprints when the gray bar is in the middle of the foot. While you do this, you cannot look at the top screen to see where you are positioned in the ...

    Fast paced action (I hope)

    Purchased this game because I love any video game associated with track and field. Some games are better than others and I am hoping that this is one of them. I have played other track and field games on the Nintendo DS but they didn't have many events. This game has the traditional ones so I am looking forward to playing it.
