    I can't rate the item since it is not complete. Purchased a supposedly new item (open box), the item arrived incomplete and just loosely placed in the original box. I contacted the seller, explained the problem and told them how much it would cost me to make the item operational and requested a partial refund. The seller refused my request, when I told the seller that I wanted to return the item at their expense for a full refund, the seller stopped responding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
