    Fair price for a reliable brand.

    To be brutally honest, you don't know how good this is until you have a bone density test or until you fall over. But the make is reliable, and the ingredients make sense. My nails seem better - finger crossed. The price is fair.

    Normally Solgar vitamins are excellent but on this occasion, the pills were way too big, had a musty taste as I try to swallow them and several hours later, I have diarrhoea, Maybe it is just a bad batch I don't not know, as I normally buy the Ultimate BONE SUPPORT which are way more expensive, but no problems at all. The size of the pills I can tolerate, but the rest no
