Unfortunately, an minor error in addressing the item coupled with massive incompetence from Royal mail meant that they returned the item to the seller causing about a weeks delay in delivery. Once the problem was identified, the seller's communication was good and the item was rapidly re-dispatched using a fully accurate address.
