It was, and my leather item (a bit dried-out 80 year-old WWII leather belt) looks much better now, being more supple and waterproof. And now being "refreshed" with lanolin, it should prevent cracking as the leather is no longer dry. Was shipped & arrived promptly.

I went ahead and bought it based upon their feedback rating. I guess some people just don't care to communicate. The lanolin arrived late and in a large block wrapped in a thick plastic bag.
