I use Lanolin Oil for all my leather goods, to make them more supple, address any dryness (to prevent cracking), and make them water-resistant (if not water proof) as well. I used to use anhydrous lanolin, but it required heating-up to make it liquid enough to apply it, which was some effort/mess to do. Using lanolin OIL instead makes application WAY easier/less messy.
