Repair on his radio was attempted but the radio's issues were not related to software but rather to hardware which was outside of the purview of the original repair service. An hour video was sent to the buyer showing how his radio behaved after the software repair was done.It could work for an hour and some then it would reboot.It was explained to the buyer that the IC that controls the radio was shorted and needed to be replaced but the buyer thought the cost for the repair was not worth it
