However, the International instructions (i.e. all pictures, no textual instructions) made it difficult to decifer the pieces. The pieces were not labeleled, so I had to label them myself before assembly. Images were not large enough to easily dicipher defferences between pieces. Took 5 times longer to assemble than it should have.

The outside packaging was badly damaged so I assume the damage to the picture frame occurred whilst in transit. I realise this is beyond the seller’s control. I sent copies of the damage and I received a quick response. The seller was very helpful and I received a refund.
