My vest came on time and was in great condition. I asked some questions before buying and was responded to right away. The only thing I have to complain about is the little piece on the bottom of the zipper that you hook the zipper into actually broke in half and fell off. Luckily I saw it fall and was able to glue it back together or wouldn't be able to zip it up. Other than that I love my vest and wear it everyday while riding.
