    The best color checker for a budget filmmaker

    Compared to the ColorChecker® Classic, this card is a great value for the money. I have tested it with few scenarios and I'm happy to say it works great. Pros - Low price - Small, easy to carry - Accurate colors - Durable material Cons - Charts are printed on both sides, color on one side and gray on the other. - There's no case - it's not 6x4 inches, it's 5.5x3.5 inches. Usable area is even lesser - Card will get scratched and produce inaccurate results - No specific plugin, have to use the other manufacturers plugins or presets

    Not fully accurate 18% Grey

    Size is handy for field work. But 18% grey is not spot on neutral colour against macbeth reference patch, it is slightly blue, leading to warm yellow screen/print cast. Ok if you set colour profile of monitor to neutralize and compensate for cast and use only this card. Spend more if you need accuracy for commercial work. Black 1/3 section marks very easily so needs careful handling/storage.
