Good way to cleanse your body!
Being over weight for 30 plus years is very bad for your body especially your liver. The cleanser is effective and made me feel better. Only did first cleanser for four days. Plan to do it again in a few weeks.

Short, sweet and to the point!
This book(let?) was so much briefer than what I expected and I read it in probably less than an hour but it didn't disappoint. Although I have heard various versions of the same idea and theories for years, I have never read it in such detail and with this brevity. There were also a couple of new points which gave me pause, especially the one about a quitting smoking method. The book left me wanting more information whereas the book kept mentioning other books to read (and preseumably purchase) by the same author. It made me wonder at times if this wasn't just a glorified brochure for purchasing additional products. Anyway, in summary, well worth the modest amount of money to purchase and time to read and absolutely priceless if it motivates you to take a second look at your overall health ... I was put onto the master cleanse by a martial artist who has used it for years. Looking for a way to change my eating habits and detox my body - the master cleanse was the perfect spring board to launch my new lifestyle.
