    The Everything Indian Cookbook by Monica Bhide (2004)

    I've tried several recipes in this book since I bought it a month ago. An Indian friend (who is also a great cook)was quite impressed with the extensive recipe selection. Indeed, a great book. Basic, fun, concise. Delicious, easy to follow recipes. Something for every taste!
