    Like previous customers wrong item shipped.Accidental? More incompetence as repeated. Large laminated map ordered,wrong one (small) arrived by regular mail,poorly packaged in plastic bag,severely creased in half, unusable if wanted. Like others email was sent advising ‘error’ & correct order would follow. Right map arrived by courier properly packaged with minor creases. Despite requests for explanations my emails were dismissed as ‘error occurred’. Customer service appalling. Not recommended.

    I got sent the wrong map and the seller realized it before I did. They sent me a note on ebay telling me the wrong item was shipped and the right item was on its way. I asked if they wanted me to ship it back to them and they said keep it. What they sent arrived in perfect condition and was nicely wrapped.
