    My second purchase of this product

    Fixed my GI issues. I needed the extra fiber in these capsules. No fixed dosage. You keep increasing until you get the desired result. As a side benefit, the capsules are supposed to help with cholesterol levels also.

    Same as Equate brand but cheaper!

    I bought this because Walmart doesn’t keep theirs in stock. This is actually cheaper when compared to the Equate and it’s the exact same capsules number and all.

    Cleans you out

    Great for adding fiber to your diet. Was recommended by a doctor to try. It helps with many GI issues, such as diverticulosis, constipation, poor diet, etc. This adds bulk, and keeps things moving. Adds regularity. A very inexpensive relief. No fixed dosage amount. Keep taking more, until you get the desired result. I find 10 capsules a day works for me. Same as Metamucil, but lot's cheaper.

    Repeat Custom.

    I have a terrible diet. It's my fault. I think sandwiches are the perfect meal. The only ruffage in my diet is what tops my baloney and cheese. This product has saved me a ton of money over other products in smaller containers. I have re-ordered this product three times and will do it again.
