I'm a big Dr Who fan, so finding something like this was great! It's very good silicone, thick, good quality. Trying to make ice with it can be a challenge--try filling it with water and then picking it up...Nope, doesn't work well. I found a way, though. Just set the mold on a flat surface, like a small cutting board or something like that. Then fill it and carefully slide it off the board into the freezer. There's probably a perfectly simple way to do this... The detail on the ice is pretty good, but I think it would work better as a mold for chocolate, jello, etc.

This ice cube tray has incredible detail! I can't wait to use it for candy & ice at my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. He & his bride will love the surprise!

The Daleks turn out perfect, but the Tardis’ bow out in the front when making ice cubes. Probably wouldn’t have the same issues with gelatin or chocolate making.
