Product review-listing says this is guaranteed to be plus/minus .0015 over the length of the beam. I measures this to be out .0054 on my surface plate set up. I can clearly see light under the center. Straight edge is bowed and not within manufactures said tolerances. Im not sending back because I have a surface grinder and precision indicators to get this where I want it to be. Beware that this is not a precision tool as is.
