What it does not mean, is your lack of reading any bit of the item description turns into our badly posted item. Purchaser ignored the entire description text, including the large red bold letter text that states "These are vinyl film overlays, NOT hard plastic covers" and proceeded to demand a refund without return. Instead of accountability for their actions, they left this comment.

Welp, the product is as described and although i did not get it applied yet, the first shipment was damaged by UPS in shipping. UPS would not accept any returns or complaints related to damage in shipping so i will nlt use UPS any longer. The company stepped right up and shipped another one the next day and it arrived undamaged this time. 5 stars for the company on this one for customer service and the film looks very good.
