    The item quality is excellent and this is the best value for the price I have seen anywhere. I rate this seller and product 100% excellent. However, the packaging bag was seriously soiled (not a problem) and United Parcel Service (UPS) managed to break open the box so the product was spilled throughout the transportation bag. It appears many pounds of other parcels were stacked on top of it. The condition of the packaging box was severely damaged, the product appears usable. See attached photo
