Never really watched the show back in the 70's when it was new, but the deal was too good to pass up, so bought it for nostalgia's sake; and I'm glad I did! It’s hard when you buy a several season series to get through it all in 30 days (re:return policy). The wife has had issues on three discs with stopping and skipping. I love Laverne & Shirley. It's one of the greatest sitcoms ever. It's hilarious. I watched all of the seasons straight through. I laughed till I had tears in my eyes. If you love to laugh, you need this. Just one thing though, but don't let it stop you from getting it, the box is beautiful ,really, but it has a small problem. Seasons 1- 5 are in a cardboard covered, hard plastic stack trays, and it looks like a book. It was kinda neat ,and very pretty untill it started to come apart. The trays began to come loose because the were stuck to a wide strip of tape, the kind you would buy when tapping boxes together. I do not regret buying this though. Great seat! All the episodes are there, even Shotgun Wedding Part 2. Watching Laverne and Shirley interact is a whole lot of fun, and some episodes are even funnier than others. The menus look nice and colorful, the set is well-designed. Only issue is that the DVD case inside of the season 1-5 box is broken. Could have managed that better.
