    Light, portable and accurate.

    I love this tool. I wanted a lightweight portable saw to supplement my Festool MFT/track saw system for cross cuts on small stock where the MFT is not so hot. Portability, accuracy and dust control are main priorities. Obviously the blade size limits what stock can be cut but the flip side is it weighs under 30 pounds. No fence adjustments were needed out of the box and seems to cut just fine with the included blade, but I will try others as 7-1/4" blades are everywhere. I will be adding a shop made zero clearance fence for use where I want minimal tearout, but otherwise a great tool for the intended use. Dustport plugs right in to my Festool vac and seems to have pretty good function, maybe 4 out of 5 on this count. The factory clamp is fairly clunky and they could do better on ...

    Milwaukee M18 7 1/4" MITER SAW

    I have a bunch of m12 and m18 Milwaukee tools and have had no issues with them and I am happy to add this one to the list as well. This MITER saw cuts 2x material as good if not better than a corded saw and the 9.0 battery makes a good match for this tool. I would recommend this saw to anyone looking for the best saw in its class. 30 years in the trades. Wish I had these a long time ago!

    Awesome new tool!

    This is the tool I never thought I would see. I do trim and stair work and many times I need to set nosings for floor crews or trim out a little something. This means I no longer need to haul my trailer with my big miter saws and drag cords. Portable, powerful and priced right.

    Shoulda gone corded

    I realize for the price, I’m paying for the name. I wish it had more power. It’s very convenient to have something like this in this size. But to cut 2” x 10” it’s gonna struggle. Oh well ya live and learn.
