      Great price for genuine Milwaukee batteries! Prompt shipping and communication. Came without original packaging, as expected for an open box item. I only received one battery instead of two, but after contacting the seller about this, I was immediately issued a refund for the other one. Overall I'm happy with this seller and with my purchase.

      Fast shipping. Item (dewalt 235G drill) was in new condition as described. No chuck key was included in the box though. I assumed "open box" condition would have included all the items as an off the shelf purchase, but this is not a big deal. For the price I'm pleased and would purchase from this vendor again. As for the 235G drill it is a solid offering from Dewalt and one of their better products. The chuck however is not as high quality as the one on the makita dp4000 though.
