Seller immediately arranged for delivery of missing power cord but it had the wrong type of plug. Seller then refunded equivalent of cost for me to order the right cord. When I received the right cord and discovered the faulty electrical connection, seller agreed to full refund. So, a failed purchase but a very responsive and fair seller.
