This is a new in sleeve 1722 Cutco butcher knife. It’s 8” blade is stainless steel & able to stand up to any kitchen/homestead duty you have for it. Cutco cutlery is renowned for its high quality and is made exclusively in the USA. This is the 1 piece I don’t have in my set. If I was still doing my own cooking this would never have made it to the warehouse. It’s ready for your family & your chef/cooking needs.

This knife is in excellent condition
I am quite pleased with the quality and condition of this Cutco knife. The blade has a few scratches but it is sold as pre-owned and is in great condition. Very sharp and easy to handle. Excellent Knife
My sister has a set of cutco knives and finally I got some one at a time. I used this knife for my thanksgiving turkey and it was carved in about 5 minutes and looke3d perfect. It is extremely sharp and I don't know how I got along without it but sure am glad to have if you are on the fence about buying this knife, just buy it and enjoy it for years to come. Best Set of Knives Ever! Guaranteed for LIFE
Pros: the absolute best set of knives you will EVER buy. I started with a set of 4 [french, carver, mini carver/trimmer, spatula] + the shears! Best set of scissors you will own too. They come with a lifetime warranty. I now have a set of 9 knives to include the Butcher knife. This thing feels good in your hands, good weight dristro, great cutting power, very sharp, etc. I've recently sent my set of 9 back to CUTCO for sharpening and they are as good as new!!! Don't delay to buy, trust me. I purchased the Homemaker set for my mom some 18 years ago and she still loves them. She spends a good amount of time in the kitchen. Cons: sharp, lifetime warranty, stainless and carbon design... [these aren't really cons]. They are a bit expensive BUT they are guaranteed for life and a solid product. I've had them going on 20 years.

I love that I am able to buy the best knives at a used price. Since Cutco have forever sharpening or replacement it won't matter that the knives are used! The butcher knife and carving fork are lime new. The trimmer knife is dull and improperly sharpened...but it doesn't matter I will be sending it in for sharpening/replacement.
