Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

    scanner with everything.

    in my mind, the crs370 is the best analog scanner that uniden ever produced. it has atomic time, SAME weather feature, AM-FM radio, plus your regular scanning frequencies. i have two of these scanners now--one for the bedroom and one in my radio room. this scanner model is REALLY HARD TO FIND. if you can find one in good condition at a reasonable price, BUY IT. you will not regret it.

    I STILL CANNOT SET UP THE CHANNELS,ON THE SCANNER.OTHERWISE IAM NOT USING IT.SO WITHOUT SETTING THE CHANNELS FOR LOCAL SCANNER ITS NOT WORKING.I STILL CANNOT GET IT TO WORK.

    I'm pleased.

    Works as advertised. Sensitivity is just fine, matching or reasonably approximating the manufacturer's claims within my margin of error, as tested using a commercial signal generator. Selectivity and spurious responses are not specified, but I found these to be better than I had expected for this type of product. The manual could have been a bit more verbose, but I found it to be adequate to explain how to set up and use the product. Both the external and internal construction met or exceeded my expectations for a modestly-priced unit for household use.
