The brand name on the box was unfamiliar. I contacted seller to return item and requested full refund. Seller responded with offer to credit a partial amount and I could keep product. I was not going to use a product that I had no background info on, so was not interested in their offer. I requested EBAY to step in and they refund my full amount.
